Digital products
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download link has been sent. Please read the book description carefully before purchasing.
When we will issue a refund
We will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end. If you did not receive your download link, if the file is corrupted or unreadable, or if you were charged incorrectly — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either resend your file or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same title twice, email us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
How to request a refund
Email leinguyenpei@gmail.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We stand behind what we publish. If you feel a book genuinely did not deliver what was described, reach out. We would rather hear from you than have you walk away disappointed.
